Shipping conditions and process:
- Orders in Cairo area will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days
- Orders out Cairo area will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
Return Policy:
- You can request or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order
- You can change for a different size if it’s in stock. However, you cannot choose different sizes. You must take or return the full order.
- Customer covers the shipping cost for receiving/ return or exchange.
- Discounted items including bundles offers cannot be returned.
Payment Policy:
- 50% deposit through InstaPay link.
- In case of Refunding, Refund will be processed through InstaPay.
